Before your appointment

2 Months Prior:

Discontinue use of retinol (Vitamin A), tretinoin, Accutane, Retin-A or other acne medications. These can thin the skin and interfere with pigment retention and healing.

1 Month Prior:

Avoid chemical peels, Botox, fillers, micro needling, or microdermabrasion on or near the brow area. These treatments can increase skin sensitivity and affect results.

7 Days Prior:

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E(these thin the blood and may increase bleeding).
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, or sunburns.
  • No facials, chemical peels, or Botox around the brow area.
  • Avoid Waxing, Shaping or Tweezing Eyebrows.

48 Hours Prior:

• Stop using, glycolic acid, or exfoliating skincare on or near the brow area.
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol intake. (it can increase sensitivity).

Day of Appointment:

• Avoid Caffeine and Alcohol.
• Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the brow area.
• Eat a light meal beforehand to avoid feeling lightheaded.
• Wear comfortable clothing and allow 2–3 hours for the procedure.

Who is not a candidate for Microblading or Semi-Permanent Brows?

For your safety and the best possible results, the following individuals should not undergo Micro
blading, Combo Brows, Powder Brows, or Ombre Brows:

• Pregnant or nursing women.
• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Anyone currently taking Accutane (or within 12 months of last use).
• Those with skin disorders in the brow area (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, active acne, etc.)

Who Needs a Doctor’s Clearance Before Booking:

Risks Involved with Semi-Permanent Makeup

While semi-permanent makeup (including Microblading, Combo Brows, Powder Brows, and
Ombre Brows) is generally safe when performed by a trained professional, like any cosmetic
procedure, there are some potential risks and side effects to be aware of:


Common Risks:


• Skin irritation or redness: Mild discomfort, swelling, or sensitivity may occur after treatment.
• Itching and flaking: During healing, light scabbing and peeling are normal but must not be picked at.
• Color fading or uneven results: Skin type, lifestyle, medications, and improper aftercare can affect pigment retention and cause fading or patchiness.


Less Common but Possible Risks:


• Infection: If aftercare is not followed or sterile practices are not used, infection can occur.

• Allergic reaction: Although rare, some clients may have sensitivity to pigments or numbing agents.
• Scarring or keloid formation: This is more common in those with a history of scarring disorders.
• Color changes: Over time, pigments can shift in tone due to skin chemistry, sun exposure, or use of active skincare ingredients.
• Poor healing or pigment rejection: Certain medications, autoimmune conditions, or oily skin can affect how the pigment settles.

• You have uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, thyroid issues, autoimmune disorders)

Keep your brows Flawless- post treatment Do’s & Don’ts

On the day of the treatment, the client Should:

Gently clean the eyebrow area with wet cotton to absorb excess Lymph fluid. This procedure should be repeated every 2-3 hours on the first day until the leak stops. Removing this liquid and Applying skin candy cream (after care provided) prevents the Lymph from hardening. Before going to bed, the process of Cleaning and moisturizing should be repeated, and applying Phipatches (or plastic foil) will protect the eyebrows from drying Out during the night.

First 7 days:

Gently clean the eyebrow area with wet cotton to absorb excess Lymph fluid(please don’t forget to wash and disinfect your hands first). In that way, bacteria and Dead skin will be removed. When the eyebrows are dry, apply a thin layer of skin candy cream(provided) in gentle circular Motions for 15 seconds. Excessive application is not Recommended, because it will clog the skin and delay healing.

* it is not recommended to use cleaning products that Contain acids (glycolic, lactic or aha) or any peeling.

Important note about showering: limiting the hot shower to 5-10 Minutes will avoid creating too much steam. Keep the face out of the water while washing the body. Do not wet your brows. Avoid rinsing with hot water on the treated area.

Important reminders for clients:

  1. Use a new pillowcase
  2. Allow scabs or dry skin to peel naturally. Picking can cause Scarring or discoloration.
  3. No facial treatment, Botox, chemical treatments or Microdermabrasion or any other skin treatments for at least 4 Weeks.
  4. Avoid hot, sweaty exercises for a week.
  5. Avoid direct sun exposure or sunbathing for 4 weeks after the Procedure. Please wear a hat when outdoors
  6. Avoid heavy sweating and long hot showers for the first 15 days.
  7. Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 14 days.
  8. Avoid swimming, lakes, hot tubs for the first 15 days.
  9. Avoid topical makeup including sunscreen in the area until healed.
  10. Never rub, pick or scratch the treated area.

Post treatment care

Important: before post treatment care please Wash your hands and disinfect. For using the Cream use applicators, to apply a thin layer of Cream, massage with your fingers.

Day 1:

Day 2-7:

Maintain the hygiene of the face and after Each washing or shower (in the morning and afternoon) apply the cream and massage it with a circular motion. That means two times a day. If during the day you feel that your skin is too Dry and you have a skin sensation, you can apply a thin layer of cream again.

Day 5-7:

Possible occurrence of peeling the skin with itching. Avoid touching with fingers or peel Manually. Wash eyebrows with water and apply thin layer of cream. The peeling process should Be completed within next 7-8 days. It is normal for Some skin types that eyebrows look too bright or almost not visible. Healing process last up to 30 Days and we have to be patient and wait for that Period to see result. With the degradation of Collagen in the skin color returns in a certain Period and the eyebrows are visible again in an Ideal shade.

What is to be avoided after treatment?

During the first 7 days:

Avoid all creams (except the protective one provided), all make up, avoid Exercises that cause excessive sweating, sauna, Facial massage and inhalation in the next 30 days avoid: suntanning, sun beds, Light (laser), chemical peels, fruit acids, Microdermabrasion, creams that contain Regeneration factors. You should always avoid Laser treatments over the treated area during the healing process (fraxel laser,ipl.) Because They can destroy the pigment and cause Inflammation. Faster fading out of pigment can Happen if the clients use antibiotics or hormonal Therapy. Always protect your eyebrows from sun by using sun protection cream (not only during the first 7 days).

 

Correction: for some clients correction is not Needed because pigment is perfectly received in the skin, depending on the skin type, the way of Maintaining post treatment care, internal and External factors. We are suggesting you to come on correction for review and minimal Lack of drawn eyebrows which needed to be add. Correction has to be done within 3 months after First treatment. If you do not come for Correction your eyebrows will still last for up to 2 years and after that it is needed to do Refreshment of eyebrows. “
