Brow Lamination AFTER CARE
NO water for 24 hours.
NO makeup, NO oil base product, NO Makeup remover, NO Facial Steam for 48 hours.
It is also important to avoid hot steam showers, saunas, even heat from the ovens for 48 hours.
NO rubbing or playing with them.
Please Avoid using Retinol, AHA’s, Vitamin A, BHA’s, Steroid creams or any skin thinning treatments after the service for at least 48 hours.
To remove any make up on or around the brows , please use water base makeup remover and be sure to gently clean them.
Please don’t forget to brush your brows gently every time you wash or wet them.
It is recommended to use Brow lamination after care conditioner/ serums every day at least twice , it nourishes and strengthens and help the brow lamination last longer. The after care formula is enriched with amino acids, sunflower extracts, keratin protein, collagen and vitamin complex ingredient to give your eyebrow strength , shine, to help repair the hair structure from processing.
Brow Lamination CONTRAINDICATIONS
Please don’t get a Brow Lamination if:
Had Positive reaction to the allergy patch test (you can book your patch test for free, it best to get it done at least 48 hours before the service).
Any previous reaction experienced with same or similar service in the past.
Have Cysts, Puss/Abscess, Skin Cut, Skin Burn, Skin Diseases in or around the eyebrows.
If you have Skin Conditions such as Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Open Wounds in or around the eyebrows.
Skin infection, Skin Inflammation.
Ongoing Chemotherapy.
Alopecia (Hair Loss).
Weak or Damaged Brow Hair.
Its best to consult your doctor before booking the treatment Post Chemotherapy or If you use any topical prescription treatments.
Any Risk or Side Affects Associated with Brow Lamination
The Brow lamination is generally safe, although there are some potential risks and side effects you should be aware of before the procedure. Always do the Lamination with a trained and certified professional who follows the proper safety protocols to avoid risks like these.
Temporary Redness or Skin Irritation:
It is normal to experience mild skin redness or irritation in the brow area right after the procedure. This usually subsides within a few hours. However, if the redness or irritation persists or worsens please contact us right away or see a doctor.
Allergic Reaction:
It is very rare but there is a small risk of allergic reaction to the product. It is recommended to do a patch test 48 hours prior to the appointment to determine any sensitivities or allergies.
Brow Hair Loss:
Brow Lamination doesn’t cause any hair loss when performed correctly. However, a poor aftercare can lead to a temporary hair loss.
Infection:
The Risk is very minimal, there is a slight chance of infection if the technician doesn’t follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices.

Q. Pregnancy and Brow Lamination?
Ans: Pregnancy , breastfeeding, taking the pill or HRT (Hormone replacement therapy), and even some thyroid treatments or hormone altering medications are not contraindicated for brow lamination. however it is really important to schedule a allergy/ patch test at least 48 hours prior to the service. – Brow lamination is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding Mothers, but its always recommended to avoid the treatment in your first trimester. – If you previously had a brow lamination with any brand and got a sensitivity / allergic reaction please DO NOT try it again during pregnancy / breastfeeding. – Most Important factor for an Expecting Mother to consider is that if she experience a reaction to either a brow lamination or a brow tint, she cannot take any medications/antihistamines to help reduce the reaction.
